  • 4 bagels
  • 200 g fromage frais
  • 4 tsp mustard
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 4 button mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano


Wash and dice the peppers and mushrooms into 2 cm cubes

Select Manual mode setting, select red color setting and press OK. Once the purple light stops flashing, place the vegetables on the grill and season and lower the cover. Cook for around 10 mins depending on the desired colour

Toast your bagels

Add fromage frais to the bottom slice of the bread and mustard to the top slice

Add the grilled vegetables and a pinch of oregano
