Ingredients

  • 170 g Vendée brioche (or gâche)
  • ½ L pouring custard
  • 2 tbsp orange flower water

Preparation

Cut the brioche into small cubes.

Mix the whipping cream and orange flower water. Add the brioche and mix gently with a spatula so that it soaks in the cream. Pour into the pots.

Fill the base of the appliance with water up to the max level. Cook for 40 min in dairy dessert mode.
