Ingredients

  • 75 g plain flour
  • ½ packet (1 teaspoon) baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 75 ml (5 tablespoons) single cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 g green olives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Mix the flour and the baking powder. Add the egg, cream, olive oil, chopped green olives, parsley, salt and pepper.

Fill the cups two-thirds full and place in basket no. 3. Steam for 15 minutes.

Remove from steamer. Serve warm.
