In a separate bowl, beat the eggs then stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour 3 cups of water into the bowl. Line the steam basket with parchment paper and pour the mixture onto the paper. Place the steam basket in the Prep&Cook bowl.
Launch the steam program for 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
Tip: Add some sliced sun-dried tomatoes, crumbled feta, sliced olives or sliced mushrooms for variety.
