1. Dice the zucchini and garlic and chop the basil.
2. Beat the eggs in a medium bowl; stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Pour 3 cups of water into the bowl. Line the steam basket with parchment paper and pour the mixture onto the paper. Place the steam basket in the Prep&Cook bowl.
4. Launch the steam program for 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
